lets turn back the clock by a week first.
met up with rui ran, daphne and xuefang last friday.
had dinner at Carl's Junior over at ECP with rui ran and xuefang.
planned to head over to Siglap after dinner.
but before that we had to go pick daphne up.
she asked us to help her buy a burger.
and i asked rui ran to buy the burger via the drive-thru.
i find it super amazing to be able to have a drive-thru in Singapore.
yes, i know the Macdonalds at ECP has a drive-thru since don't-know-when.
but i have yet to try it out.
so, we drove through and ordered the burger.
i was prancing up and down during the whole time. haha.
picked daphne up and headed to Georges.
3 of them shared a jug of Bourbon Coke while i drank Earl Grey Tea !
the 'feel' of drinking wasn't present that night therefore i decided to be a good girl.
daphne felt the same way too and that resulted in the breeding of mosquitoes. haha.
rui ran drove us home after that.

Saturday (181008) :
caught Max Payne with Baby over at Bugis.
the cinema is quite in a bad state i must say.
it felt so eerie and dirty.
they ought to give it a total revamp.
but before they do so, guess i may not step in there for the time being.
anyway, the movie wasn't fantastic.
i would give it a rating of 2.5 out of 5 stars.
baby said the game was much more exciting and fun.
we met up with his classmates from TP for steamboat after the movie.
and the common topic when guys come together would be NS !
soon, they were sharing spooky stories about their camps.
that made me kinda afraid to go to the toilet after hearing them. haha.
nonetheless, it was nice hanging out with them. (:
great, baby is having his 4 days of out field starting this Monday.
which means we'll be totally out of contact for 4 whole days !
i shall pray hard that time will fly past even before i start to realise it.
it wont be that bad, i suppose?
afterall i will be working everyday next week except for Tuesday.
we shall see how.

imagine waking up at 5.30AM ?!
i swear throughout my _ _ years of life, i've yet to wake up at such a timing !
well, i guess after wasting my _ _ years, its high time i start a new life now.
to prepare for the workforce and lead a healthy lifestyle by sleeping and waking up early.
and i really mean EARLY not 'early'. haha.
went to meet TzeChoong, Kaiwen, Weng, HanChong and Eric at Far East after work.
it was supposed to be crab feast part II for Kaiwen's pre-enlistment treat.
but due to you-all-know-what-reason i've gotta scrimp on my allowance.
after much debating and hesitations, we settled on Sakura buffet in favour of our dear Kaiwen.
my virgin experience having Sakura.
have been hearing people talk about it but i've yet to get a chance to try it until this day.
kinda mountain tortise i know. haha.
the food overall is nice.
the price we paid was totally worth it.
but the fun part i like about it was the 'clipping' part.
its whereby you go and put the clip along the buffet line for some barbequed or those 'special cooked food'.
not sure how to explain, go try it and you'll know what i'm talking about.
after dinner we thought of many many ways on how to ask passer-bys to help us take a group picture.
and the way we urged HanChong to ask was really hilarious.
we targetted and HanChong approached.
the whole scene was just damn funny.
headed home after we were satisfied with the amount of pictures.
HAHA.
Tuesday (071008) :
another working day for me.
i was dead tired when i was working due to only 4 over hours of sleep i had the previous night.
plus, half the time there were no passengers around and that made me feel more tired !
8 hours is hard to endure with feeling so dead tired and there are no passengers !
went back to school for a sesssion of badminton with Kaiwen, Weng and some other SME juniors. i must be crazy to be running around the court despite how weary i was.
probably its because of badminton thats why i managed to find my energy.
to yingjian : yes, i've heeded your advice to stick to badminton and running ! HOHO.
paired up with Weng and played doubles with Kaiwen and HanChong.
thank you mr yue for smashing me TWICE !

Friday (031008) :
yeowsheng's belated 21st birthday bash.
both mel chew and i coordinated together in bringing the SME and E2 gang together for a meal.
the meeting venue was at Tampines Mall's Swensens.
time stated was 8pm.
but a few of them were late and by then our stomachs were growling !
ate until 9 plus and that was when the first surprise came.
mel chew ordered a firehouse for yeowsheng.
when it arrived, the birthday boy was being asked to stand on the chair.
kinda similar to Fish and Co's 'tradition'.
all of us were caught by surprise.
we didn't know that Swensens had adapted this 'tradition'.
and so, sporting yeowsheng stood on the chair as we sang the birthday song.
it ended off with the staff giving him a balloon. haha.
after the firehouse was finished, the second surprise was on its way.
we blindfolded the birthday boy and lead him all the way from Swensens to the car park.
mel chew and i thought that of blindfolding him and surprising him by landing him up at SME for cake cutting.
afterall SME is a special place which holds lots of memories for all of us.
mel chew told him that she would be driving, but smart yeowsheng could immediately guess that the driver wasn't her.
he kept saying that the driver was yingjian. (which was true.)
he even knew that we dropped mel ho off along the way.
OMG.
this guy is seriously SMART !
the only thing about him is that he can't be quiet for a second.
he kept yakking on and on the moment he was being sat in the car.
thank goodness for yingjian's driving, he managed to get us to TP fast enough before our ears started bursting.
HAHA.
took the noisy guy on a mini trip around school while waiting for the cake to arrive.
the whole plan kinda foiled when he heard the access card machine beeping away.
that can't be helped.none of us knew that the whole system now had changed.
but well, after the beeping gave us away, we took the blindfold off and surprised him with a cake.
sang another round of birthday songs, presented him with his wonderful presents, took pictures and off we went for bowling.we didn't have to wait for the lanes this time around.
bowled for 2 rounds and it was closing time.
but we ended up playing Foosball after paying for our bowling.
Farhan, Yongtian and BoonHan won 3 rounds.
like there were 3 of them in control of one side of the table?!
HUR HUR.

after Foosball was prata at our usual coffee shop.
the night ended off at around 4 plus in the morning with everyone feeling tired due to the amount of laughter we had.
its always exercising time for my tummy muscles whenever i'm with this crazy bunch of people.
however, that is just simply why i LOVE them so much !

Saturday (041008) :
woke up at around 1.30pm due to the 'early' night i had the previous night.
watched my drama serial while waiting for Baby to book out.
when he finally booked out, i prepared and met him.
went Marina to catch Eagle Eye.
had been waiting for this movie to come on since the other time we saw the trailer.
not a bad movie i must say.
that computer system is a genius man. hoho.
dined at Xin Wang Cafe before the movie started.
walked around looking for stuffs before and after the movie.
took bus back to Tampines after all the shops were closed.
bus rides are totally love !
given a choice i would rather take the bus rather than train.
you don't have any privacy at all when you're in the train.
there'll somehow be a pair of eyes starring at your every movement.
but bus rides are totally different.
you have that little 'private' space to yourself.
thats provided the person beside you isn't a stranger.
but taking bus with the person you love makes the love double !
WOOO !
alright, i'm off track.
went to Macdonalds for supper upon reaching Tampines and it was home sweet home.
Sunday (051008) :
was supposed to meet Farhan, HanChong and BaoMing at 12pm SHARP at Tampines Control Station.
however, those 3 guys made me wait all the way until 12.20pm before all of them showed up.
i specifically told them to be punctual because Jeremy was driving us over to Farhana's house for Jalan Raya.
but SME's guys just love to be late. HAHA.
luckily Jeremy was smart enough to know that they'll be late.
waited for Jeremy to come pick us up and off we went to Farhana's house.
Farhan and BaoMing gave Jeremy the wrong directions to her house.
her house is situated at Marine Parade.
both of them told Jeremy to turn at the library/community centre.
here's our conversation.
farhan : turn right infront (which means we'll end up after the library.)
me : why turn right?! should be turn left what. her house is behind the police post.
farhan : noooo. i confirm is turn right.
baoming : ya ya, i also think is turn right. sandra's compass is spoilt. so in future we need to be prepared to get lost when she drives. haha :(
me : orhh, okay okay. (thinking maybe the road might be linked from inside.?!)
-after Jeremy drives into the blocks-
me : wrong already la ! her block is 27 and we're amongst blocks 60 odd. how can it be?
farhan : but i thought her house is near parkway?
me : tsk tsk. her house is still considered near parkway. but we're at the wrong side uncle.
me : (telling Jeremy) you should turn in at the police station.
-Jeremy drives to the police station-
farhan : ahhh ! here heree. here then its correct !
ME : look who's the one who'll get lost !
MUAHAHA !
this proves that i'm smarter than them ALRIGHT ! hohoho.
finally, we managed to reach her house.
we were the first few to arrive.
talked, watched teevee and muched on tidbits while waiting for the rest.
when the rest arrived we had lunch.
malay food is YUMMMY !
i'm always so amazed at how such great cooks the malays can be.
after lunch, talked and took pictures before leaving.
KianYong drove us to Eunos MRT.
I went to meet baby, watched him pack his stuffs, had dinner and it was booking in time for him.

afterwhich was home sweet home and to dreamland for me.

darling Xuefang and Huishan were the privileged ones to spend the special day with me.
we had our sleepover plan executed last night over at my house.
met my qing ai de Huishan over at Tampiness Mall for dinner.
afterwhich we went shopping for my heels but both of us were too engrossed in our conversation that we kept walking in rounds.
took a bus back to my house and caught up with Xuefang.
and from there the fun BEGUN !
started looking for blog skins for Huishan but apprently she was too busy.
while Huishan was away for a while, i busied myself in changing my blog skin with the help of Xuefang.
when Huishan came back our stomach begun complaining and we ordered Macdonalds.
meanwhile was talking, changing blog skins and cam-whoring !
after supper we laid on the bed and watched Nanny Daddy.
however, we were all busy painting our nails and only managed to watch bits and pieces of the show.
soon we were off to dreamland ! (:
woke up at 10am and headed down for Macdonalds breakfast.
its been so so long since the last i had Macdonalds breakfast.
and it was shopping time after our brunch.
we literally combed the whole of Tampines Central while looking for our stuffs.
was supposed to meet Baby at 1pm but he overslept, as expected. haha
darling Xuefang was so sweet to accompany me while waiting for him.

sleepovers are totally LOVE !
